Location
The Cottage is located on Seneca Lake in heart of the Finger Lakes, in the center of Upstate New York. We are a little over an hour south of both Syracuse and Rochester, two hours east of Buffalo and Niagara Falls, and about 5 hours northwest of New York City.

Rates:

$1200/week or $185/night with a 2-night minimum

Preference will be given to weekly rentals from the 4th of July weekend to Labor Day.

Deposit of 50% of total payment required to hold your reservation; balance upon arrival.  Personal checks are accepted.

Typical weekly rentals in the Finger Lakes region begin on a Staurday with a 3 pm check in and end with an 11 am check out the following Saturday.

We have had very positive experiences with dogs. Their owners are also welcome.
